• Analysis of common vehicle faults
• Repair cost estimates (price ranges)
• Inspection advice and precautions

CarInsights AI is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, dealership, or OEM.

• This service is not authorized or certified by manufacturers.
• Report content does not represent the views of manufacturers or dealers.
• All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3.1 Data Sources & Analysis

This report is generated based on publicly available information about vehicle models, organized systematically and analyzed with model assistance to present a summary of common risk structures for specific models.

This content involves no physical vehicle inspection and does not list all possible issues.

3.2 Limitations on Accuracy

• Report content may be incomplete or not cover all issues.
• Repair costs are AI-estimated ranges, not actual quotes.
• Actual costs vary by region, mechanic, and parts sourcing.
• Vehicle condition varies greatly due to usage and maintenance history.

3.3 No Guarantee

This service does not guarantee:

• The correctness or completeness of report content.
• The actual condition of any individual vehicle.
• The accuracy of repair costs.
• That the report will help you avoid all vehicle issues.

4.1 Pricing

• Full Intelligence ($29.90): Complete Fault Analysis + PDF Download (Offline Asset)
• Basic Insight ($9.90): Basic Fault Analysis + Web View Only
• No Data (zero): Free

4.3 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be requested only in the following cases:

• Technical failure preventing report access
• Duplicate charges
• Report content is completely empty (excluding 'zero data' results)

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.

5.1 Access Definition

References to "Access Anytime" or "Long-term Access" refer to "the period during which this service platform remains operational".

5.3 Final Delivery

Before termination, we will provide PDF downloads or other means for users to back up purchased reports.

After termination, online access links will expire and no refunds will be issued.

6.1 Live View

This service uses a Live View architecture. Users accessing reports will always see the latest version of the data.

7.1 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service (including direct, indirect, or consequential damages) is limited to twice the amount paid by you for the report.

7.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Purchase or repair decisions made based on report content
• Vehicle issues not covered in the report
• Differences between estimated and actual repair costs
• Errors in third-party services (AI, search engines)
• Service interruptions due to force majeure

By using this service, you agree to:

All content of this service (including text, images, interface, code) is protected by copyright laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted:

Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising from this service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition that cannot be excluded is limited to the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
